A Billionaire Boss Caught His Employee Sleeping on the Couch During Work Hours!

It is every employee’s nightmare when your own boss caught you sleeping during work hours. But it’s different when your boss is Sir Richard Branson.

Richard Branson, founder of virgin group, recently visited a company in Australian offices and found his one employee napping during work hours. He got a warm welcome by the staff except the one gentlemen who was napping on a red couch.

But not the other boss, Sir Branson took a photo with the employee who’s sleeping 

Sir Branson tells the story on his blog Virgin.com:

“I popped into the office and the airport says hello, check in to see what the team is up to. This guy wasn’t up to much at all – I caught him sleeping in the on the job! Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up. He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep. To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest.” 

Of course, not all bosses are like Sir Bronson so you should always try to get a solid night’s rest.
